I am Ayush Bhandari, a first-attempt Chartered Accountant (Nov 2024) with a strong foundation in Corporate Taxation and a growing interest in M&A Taxation and Valuations.During my articleship at Ahuja Valecha & Associates LLP, I primarily worked in Direct Tax - handling tax audits, assessments, appeals, ITR filings, and Direct Tax due diligence. In the last few months, I expanded my expertise into Transaction Advisory, gaining exposure to DCF & NAV-based valuations, FEMA regulations, buyback calculations.
