Earlier I have been working with Ernst and Young LLP (EY) in their Financial Service and Private Equity –Tax practice and earlier with Deloitte in the International Tax and Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) team. My work largely involved advisory for Private Equity funds and Asset Management Companies in the Financial Services Sector. I have worked extensively on direct tax advisory on domestic, International, Inbound and outbound structuring and Litigation. Worked on taxation of Corporates, Litigation, Compliance with Indian and offshore Tax regulations, International Tax advisory, setting up of Funds (domestic and international), structuring and assisting every drawdowns/ distribution, conducting Diagnostic health reviews and another related advisory. Carrying out due diligence and Regulatory compliances.
