In my current role as a Scale II Officer in the Finance and Accounts Department, I report directly to the CFO and oversee the management of the Balance Sheet. I am responsible for administering complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure accurate and timely reporting. My role involves projecting financial statements for the next three years, which includes a detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and various financial ratios. I also compile Schedule 18 - Notes to Accounts disclosures for the bank\'s annual report, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines while enhancing the efficiency of the process. Additionally, I present insights on contemporary banking topics to the Board of Directors, facilitating informed decision-making at the highest organizational levels.
