ABOUT ANUP AGARWALA

I\'m a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualified in 2016, and holding over 7 years of industry work experience. I kickstarted my career as a Management Trainee under the flagship Business Leadership Programme (BLP) of Essar Group, one of India’s leading steel producers known for its significant presence in steel industry both domestically and internationally (now acquired by a Joint Venture of ArcelorMittal & Nippon Steel, and is one of the World’s largest steelmakers). The BLP served as a talent pool for identifying future leaders through gaining exposure via coaching, mentoring, garnering learning opportunities and becoming future potential torchbearers. Gradually, I was absorbed in the Procurement department where, through analytical and negotiation skills, strategic thinking and risk management capabilities, I was able to contribute to supply chain efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to innovation and strategic sourcing. Apart from work, I\'m extremely passionate about the stock markets in general. I thrive on researching companies, analysing market trends and uncovering investment opportunities. Whether it\'s discussing the latest market news, sharing insights on stock picks, or debating investment strategies, you\'ll often find me deeply engrossed in anything related to stocks and trading. I believe in the power of informed decision-making and continuous learning in navigating the dynamic world of investments.
