4 years | Ludhiana | 150+ volunteers | 5 lakh meals served Feeding India is India\'s first and largest not-for-profit working founded by Mr. Ankit Kwatra to solve the problems of hunger and food waste in the country. By channelizing extra nutritious food from individuals, weddings, restaurants, corporate offices to the people who do not have access to proper food, Feeding India stops food from going to the bin, saves carbon footprint and feeds people in dire need. The organization also serves freshly cooked food or raw grains to its partnered shelter homes and beneficiaries. Feeding India has a direct impact on the health, education and livelihood of children, women, elderly individuals and specially abled citizens. Started as a volunteer in year 2015, currently leading the \"Ludhiana Chapter\" & serving meals each month. We have more than 100 tie-ups with various restaurants & food chains in the city. Also, we have a minivan (The Magic Van) running 24*7 to collect & deliver food. To ensure quality of food & it\'s freshness, we have deep freezers with over 750 litres of quantity. The chapter has been growing stronger & bigger with each day.
