Finance Controllership-• Responsible for finalisation of Ind As compliant standalone & consolidated Financial Statements along with annual accounts.• Month end closing activities to ensure booking of every material transaction, trend & variance analysis along with tax compliances, raising red flags & resolving independently.\\• Liaising with Auditors to finalise Limited Reviews, Statutory Audit, Stock Audit, Tax Audit & Internal Audit.• Responsible for compliance with DT & IDT which includes finalising tax & GST audit, reviewing various GST reports & returns, TDS entries and computation of tax, etc.• Responsible for handling GST & Income Tax notices & preparation of the responses to be submitted with the IT department along with validation of various accounting data.Financial Planning & Analysis-• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business\'s medium to long term financial and strategic plan to drive the budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.• Work with Business Unit heads to build forecasts for all assigned processes with help of various statistical forecasting norms and business intelligence.• Business partnering - Bridge between Business HOD & Finance Department to solve issues and align financial plans.• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports which includes communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations.• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities.Digital Transformation-• Headed a successful implementation of Microsoft D365 from SAP and also automation of accounting functions.• Successfully developed Power BI tool to assess the business performance 24X7 with the help of in-house IT team.Team Management-• Handling a team of 18 employees (including 4 CAs) to ensure effective financial controllership.
