Discussing the observations with the functional heads for their comments/ action plan to implement the audit recommendation. Prepare the final report and circulate it to the management.Prepare quarterly audit committee presentation and submit to group IA head for AC presentation. Present the internal audit presentation quarterly to the audit committee of Shiva Cement Ltd.Supervise & monitor the DE (design effectiveness) and OE (operating effectiveness) of IFCS, performed by in house audit team & out sourced agency. Carry out and supervise the special audit/ management request audit.
