Audit Planning & Execution- Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans, charters, and frameworks across multiple industries- Define audit scope, programs, and schedules in alignment with management and audit committee directives- Ensure timely audits compliant with professional ethics and global standards.Process & Risk Reviews- Conduct end-to-end audits across P2P, H2R, O2C, Inventory, CAPEX, Payroll, Billing, Dispatch, Fixed Assets, Plant Ops, etc- Perform special audits for frauds, cost leakages, and high-risk areas- Evaluate controls, test SOP adherence, implement CAPA, and drive risk mitigation.Team Management- Lead a team of CAs, MBAs, CWAs, CSs, and other staff across Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai- Allocate resources, review audit plans, test plans, fieldwork, and reports.Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement- Present audit reports and dashboards to top management and committees- Engage CXOs and HODs to address key findings, close gaps, and implement remediation- Maintain audit issue logs and conduct follow-up audits.Process Improvement & SOPs- Identify inefficiencies and control gaps; recommend improvements- Develop SOPs across P2P, F&A, HR & Payroll, Inventory, Store Ops, etc- Review and implement DoA via SAP.Fraud Risk Management- Investigate fraud indicators, ghost employees, payroll mismatches, inventory gaps, and royalty issues- Conduct forensic audits and suggest control enhancements.Audit Automation- Lead automation initiatives and continuous auditing using tools like CheckIT, LAS, SAP, SAP B1, and Tally- Assisted in developing Audit BOTs to streamline internal audits and boost efficiency.
