Also, giving advisory on GST related matters.4) Participated in multiple GST audits such as Departmental audit under section 65 of CGST act 2017 and represented the client before the department.5) Filing GST refund claims such as Zero-rated supply under LUT i,e Refund of accumulated ITC balance and refund related to Inverted duty structure. Also, drafting replies to deficiency memos issued in form RFD-08. 6) Researching and drafting opinions/tax position notes on GST matters.7) Reconciled ITC claimed in GSTR-3B with GSTR-2A/2B to ensure appropriate availment of ITC.8) Led GST compliance including reply to notices received from GST Authorities of one of the leading construction company which is engaged in Infrastructure development which majorly involves development of subways, crossing bridge, large Tunnels for Delhi Metro and other entities and underground space etc. having headquarter in China.
