Act as the main point of contact for client queries, investor reporting, and audit coordination. Manage investor capital activity, prepare investor reports, and ensure timely delivery of capital notices and statements. Review & approve subscription/redemption documents & assist in KYC/AML processes in coordination with investor relations teams. Lead and mentor junior fund accountants and review deliverables. Collaborate with global teams to standardize and streamline accounting and reporting processes. Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives. Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance metrics are achieved with high quality. Working with strong understanding of private equity structures, waterfall modeling, IRR, preferred returns, and carried interest.
