Responsible for adherence to all local Statutory Authorities timelines and Reporting requirementsthrough preparation, review and submission of local reports. These include annual/monthly financialstatements, Financial Accounting Book (FAB), regulatory reports to the local Regulatory Authorities, as applicable.2. Coordinate with US Accounting & Reporting, and other stakeholders to ensure financial reports are complete and accurate.3. Ensure that all reporting issues are identified, escalated and tracked to conclusion Maintain and control accuracy of information extracted from prime records into financial reports and ensure a fully audited reconciliation from management books to GAAP books.4. Adequate controls, documentation and audit trails are in place to comply with Reporting requirements.5. Coordinate with the Accounting & Reporting team to maintain up-to-date understanding of allRegulatory and Statutory Reporting requirements including potential regulatory changes in order toassess impact and proactively plan for implementation of changes.6. Provide thought leadership to analysts and ensure effective flow of information to enable high quality outputs.7. Review of F&A Processes like Payable, Receivable, month end close, BS schedules to ensurecompleteness and accuracy all processed information.8. Responsibility for understanding and implementing policy driven changes in reporting requirements.9. Regular communication to Accounting & Reporting Controllership (VP Finance), business partners(CEO/ Business unit (‘BU’) leaders) and customers on Statutory Reporting and audit processrequirements.10. Demonstrate ownership of the external/Internal audit process to ensure that all required information is provided on time and that issues are quickly resolved.11. Timely preparation and updating budget by taking input from respective departments and discussion with CEO/ BU leaders.
