   Independently led and improved the API (Annual Premium: Bookings) & NVA (New Val. Added: Profitability) forecasting process for the markets & was successful in bringing the AvE gap to an acceptable level of +/-8% by projecting API which are more realistic and in line with actuals received for a treaty over a period through performing trend analysis & variance analysis at a client level.• In conjunction to the point above, implemented an effective funnel analysis, which also aided in the raising the accuracy of forecasts of the API and simultaneously led to a better profitability projection. This was achieved by asking relevant queries in XFT calls, actively partnering with CMs and utilising the CRM tool (Sales Advisor) for CM-Client conversation regarding the prospects which provided us the needed control regarding funnel hygiene.• Automated reporting pipelines (New Business Summary, Product Life Cycle) using Python & Palantir Foundry (similar to Big data platforms e.g. Snowflake/ Alteryx/ Databricks)- this brought in operational accuracy & boosted process efficiency by ~30%, saving 500+ Man hours annually for the team.• Led the Product Mix analysis and proactively advised the CMs on monthly meetings to focus on selling the high NVA accretive products, this led the profit margins to rise by ~3-5% and aided in meeting the forecasted margins/ guidance.• Designed & created the MD & Client Managers dashboards on to Power BI platform providing stakeholders real time insights on the KPIs for better decision making, connected via reporting pipelines creating an automatic workflow.
