Currently working in the corporate finance team of ITC Limited. The first part is the investor relations, wherein we work preparing and publishing all necessary financial data to the investor and shareholder community. Aspects like the press release, investor presentation, management, discussion and analysis, part of the annual report is fully prepared and compiled by the team that has helped me gain Boston knowledge and experience. The other part also involves the presentations that we make to investor community, specifically involving the investor days that the company carries out once a year. The second part of the role can be described as an MIS for the top management wherein we analyze separate businesses and give a independent view to the top management, including the CEO and CFO, basis which taken better analyze the business plans. This exercise entails a detailed analysis of the business plan during the annual business planning cycle, for which we prepare our independent view through a very detailed note describing all the nitty-gritty of the business plan of that particular business.
