I started my CA career in 2017 on the platform of Rajiv Loachan & Associates, Ghaziabad as an Article Assistant. I give brief introduction of my work during this period below. Auditing & Assurance *Preparation and presentation of financial statements of various companies and firms, including their reporting to the senior management.*Conducted statutory audits & limited reviews of various entities in compliance with AS and Schedule of different industries like Edible Oil Industry, Furniture Industry, Electricity generation & distribution, Government Trusts and other small Industries.*Conducted ledger scrutiny and documented the explanations for significant variances.*Assisted in conducting internal audit of Government Department & National Banks and also finalization of Reports.*Ensured compliance with various statutory obligations including PFI, ESI, TDS, GST, CARO 2016 etc. Direct Taxation *Audit under Fiscal Laws (Tax Audits)*Assumed responsibility to file Return of Income of various assesses including corporates, firms, individuals and Trusts. Other Exposure *Filing of annual return to ROC and other MCA Forms.*Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Preparation of Financial Statements of Corporate and Non- corporate entities.*Preparation of Projected Financial Statements for various clients.
