   Preparing and managing annual budgets and financial forecasts and managing OPEX and plant P&L month on month and discussing with the variances with stake holders on the action plan.* Preparing RMC spreads and variance analysis and providing reasons and rate correction entries if any to the central team monthly.* Overhead rate computation and uploading the same in SAP on a quarterly basis. Analysing overhead movement from previous quarter to current quarter and understanding the overhead absorption rate with respect to machine hours, product mix change etc.* Analysing the product costs of different strengths, and different pack sizes to analyse the material consumption BOM losses, cycle time to ensure efficient resource utilization and product profitability.* Coordinating with the plant team to close the open process orders, STOs and checking the consumption and production posting into the SAP to ensure it reflects the actuals and to minimize the inventory, blocked stocks, and write-offs.* Analysing sales in terms of market overview, company position for each product, volumes, price, mix variances, and understanding the reasons for the gap from the front-end team, and providing insights to the plant head on the production plan, cost improvements and sea vs air shipments based on the market insights.* Analysing the OTIF losses related to the plant providing insights to the planning and warehouse team at SKU level to cover the 100% hit ratio for the all the SKUs.* Comparing the sales with that of competitors and understanding the gap in terms of detailed product end to end costing to arrive the best cost possible for the market with the available levers in the plant.* Driving the OE diagnostics across the plant every year to ideate savings and tracking the ideas progress month on month to understand gap between potential savings to the actuals.
