I am a finance professional with hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. My core expertise includes preparation and filing of income tax returns, financial statement finalization, and implementation of accounting standards including Ind AS (with exposure to first-time adoption under Ind AS 101). Also I have experience in budget preparation with variance analysis and Financial & Operational MIS reporting.At PwC SDC (Audit & Assurance), I worked on statutory audits of private unlisted US entities, gaining exposure to US GAAP financial reporting, risk assessment, internal controls testing, and substantive audit procedures.Prior to this I have been actively involved in handling tax litigation matters and proceedings before appellate authorities, including preparation of submissions, documentation, and coordination for representation. I have also worked on cases before the Settlement Commission, assisting in case analysis, computation reconciliations, and drafting of supporting documents. This exposure has enhanced my understanding of tax regulations, dispute resolution mechanisms, and strategic risk management in complex compliance matters.
