I believe that my strengths and accomplishments are built largely around a few of things:I have been successful in many endeavors and failed in even more. I have gained tremendous experience and perspective across several industries including: restaurant, outside/inside sales, distributing, music, marine electrical and finally. the financial services industry.My family, former and current colleagues/mentors and friends who place trust in me. Also, the select few of these individuals who encourage me along the way and/or open doors to me (sometimes pushing me through them).Those people who see more potential in me than I can see in myself at any given time in my Journey.Doing it the right way. I learned early not to cut corners, burn bridges, step on others for a lift, or shame one of my own two definitions of integrity: 1. It\'s what you do when nobody is looking and 2. Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it.A mentor told me once that he was like a turtle on the fence post.
