As a US Marine, I took my first oath to protect the people of our great nation. As an NYPD Intelligence Officer, I took my 2nd oath, protecting the citizens of New York City from domestic and international terrorist. In 2008, I was recruited by the Department of Defense to serve as an interrogator on captured insurgents in Iraq who were killing our soldiers with roadside bombs and explosives from Iran. These real-life experiences can be found in my book “Brooklyn to Baghdad: An NYPD Intelligence Cop Fights Terror in Iraq” (Chicago Review Press). I have now ventured into Public Speaking and Media Consulting space, sharing my expertise in: Intelligence, Counter Terrorism, Interview and Interrogation, Counter-Insurgency operations and Policing in America.
