When you want to know how things work, you start with science, then organizations, and finally our unique human experience. My current focus is as a primary therapist in mental health, trauma, and substance, sex, and process addictions in a high acuity residential mental health facility. I am grateful to serve individuals and organizations to better understand how to identify their core needs and remove obstacles to achieving their goalsI earned a Bachelor of Science at Arizona State University in Physical and Life Science, a Master\'s in Environmental Science from Governors State, a Master\'s in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master\'s in Philosophy from Arizona State University, and an MA in Counseling from Ottawa University, a CACREP accredited institution, with an emphasis in trauma and deprivation. Working with juveniles, adults, and organizations to support healthy goals, healthy self-assessment, healthy boundaries, and participation in a healthy community.I have spent 25 years within Fortune 500 companies driving culture, innovation, and change management. I was fortunate to establish new standards and value propositions to inspire buyers, empower employees, and create value throughout the business chain. I served on the RESNET ANSI Standard Development Committee, the Board of Directors for the Energy & Environmental Building Alliance, the technical committee for the Leading Builders of America, the Housing Innovation Alliance, and helped to author ESG industry standards. I have spoken nationally to advance industry, regulations, and promote stakeholders in adopting credible improvements to the function, performance, and value of products.
