I\'ve spent much of my career cooking and preparing French and Italian cuisine but my specific area of expertise is in Ocean to Table cooking. I have a true passion for food and I\'m in love with the culinary industry. I believe this passion and love is expressed in every dish I serve.On a management level, I believe developing your staff to be motivated to learn and take ownership, is the most important step to creating a true team.
