ABOUT C. PRESTON LEWIS

A dedicated, servant-based transformational nurse leader possessing: 29 years as a registered nurse and 25 years as nurse leader. Background includes critical care (>20 years combined direct and ancillary) perioperative services, inpatient and ambulatory clinics and programs, organizational/leadership development, and ANCC credentialing. Other professional roles include undergraduate nursing facility, exam writer for Mosby, and peer reviewer for JONA, AJCC, and ANA’s American Nurse journals. Nationally certified: CCRN through ANCC (20 yrs), healthcare accreditation (CMS & Infection Control), certified fall program specialist (CFPS), and internationally credentialed as a Certified Global Nurse Consultant through CFGNS as a nurse practice environment/nurse sensitive indicator specialist.
