I work as an Education Program Manager at Creya Learning & Research, where I help implement hands-on STEM and Design Thinking programs in schools. Our goal is to equip students with essential 21st-century skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through real-world projects involving robotics, coding, IoT, 3D printing, and more.I manage the program across 10–15 schools, support teachers with training and mentoring, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the ground. I also work closely with school leaders, teachers, and students to make sure the program meets their needs and creates a meaningful learning experience.This role lets me combine my interests in education, tech, and working with people—while contributing to building better learning experiences for students.
