Maintain accurate contract records and documentation. Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve visibility. Implement and manage a system to track key procurement metrics and generate reports. Budget Management: Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective spending. Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings. Provide regular reports on procurement performance and budget variances. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and policies. Potentially managing a small team of procurement professionals.
