About Chris Lundell

I have been an Engineer since 2009 implementing production equipment and fixtures. I have also spent a lot of time programming robots, programming CNC\'s, process improvements, and implementing automation for processes. I have worked in the industrial furniture, medical device, and hot tub industries. For five of those years I was a Product Development Engineer creating new products, upgrading existing products, and taking them from the design phase to the production implementation phase. My career started out as a Maintenance Mechanic and quickly moving into conventional machining and learning the Tool & Die trade. From there, I learned CNC Programming using Mastercam software for 3-Axis mills and 5-Axis routers. Along the way I picked up engineering skills i.e, SolidWorks proficiency, part design, and process improvement implementation. After that, I spent a short time as a Quality Engineer before moving into a Production Engineering position. I have always loved to learn and grow in my career and I think that has been the key to my success. I have proven in my career to have good Project Management skills and better diagnosing process issues and implementing long term improvements.

Designing parts in SolidWorks to make manufacturing improvements and implementing them using project management skills and purchasing procedures. Computer Maintenance Management System implementation with Fiix software. Reverse engineering stamping dies and successfully building for use in production.
