Create, publish, and update various guidelines, matrices and other product documentation • Review seller guidelines to identify gaps and acceptability in relation to Morgan Stanley risk appetite • Maintain a strong governance framework that ensures all requirements and product changes are assessed from a credit risk, operational risk and competitive impact perspective • Confirm due diligence partners are aware of current guidelines that are in use for all sellers • Participate in evaluating current loan review processes and provide feedback and recommendations to increase efficiency and risk management capabilities • Ability to understand business needs and adjust processes as needed to meet those needs • Work with Quality Control staff to improve efficiencies and accurate work product • Serve as Subject Matter Expert to internal/external staff regarding underwriting and compliance for all review types
