Managed information technology (IT) support contract for the Army’s Research Technology and Integration (RTI) Directorate. This included providing application/database development, IT infrastructure and maintenance, desktop services, helpdesk, information assurance and IT equipment procurement support.•Supported the management of the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) and Classified Engineering Network. •Managed 20+ employees and subcontractors distributed across Fort Belvoir, Aberdeen Proving Ground, and the National Capital Region.•Oversaw a substantial annual budget of 3.3 million-dollars for labor and 2.5 million-dollar IT equipment procurement budget. Developed accurate labor and materials forecasts as requested. •Prepared monthly Contract Deliverables Reports List (CDRL) in compliance with contract requirements. Assisted the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) by providing information require during weekly update meetings. •Utilized Agile SCRUM methodology and project management tools such as Trello and MS Planner to effectively manage projects. Conducted weekly In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings with stakeholders to assess project status. •Developed comprehensive Project Management Plans to include the Risk Management Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, and Configuration Management Plan.•Actively participated in the development contract solicitations and coordinated responses to requests for proposal (RFP) and requests for information (RFI) submissions to gain new and retain current contracts.
