A results-driven business leader, C.J. currently serves as the Director of F-35 Sustainment Global Supply, where he leads program management, execution, and delivery of the portfolio of spares, depot component repair standup, and site activation and hardware programs for the global F-35 fleet. His prior experiences include roles as the F-35 Production senior program manager, where he held P&L responsibility of $30B producing aircraft globally, as well as the F-22 Development senior program manager where he led a team of >300 to develop, test, and field upgrades to the F-22 weapons system.Prior to program management, C.J. spent five years as a strategist at both Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Corporate Headquarters where he developed enterprise and campaign strategies, led new business development initiatives, supported M&A transactions, and advised executive leadership on a wide-range of changes in defense and foreign policy and A&D market dynamics.C.J. is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Finance Leadership Development Program, a highly-competitive, rotation-based program where he served in Government Affairs and myriad roles in earned value management, program finance, and pricing at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) and Information Systems and Global Solutions (IS & GS).
