C.J. Ruffing, an active leader in the Loading Dock Equipment and Overhead & Specialty Door Systems industry for more than 20 years, specializes in providing clients from small businesses to auto manufacturers and global distribution organizations with innovative solutions designed to increase productivity, improve safety, and lower operating expenses all while providing low life-time ownership costs. His well-rounded professional experiences feature working in sales, manufacturing, distribution and include a strong construction management foundation.C.J. has worked with customers to develop Global Safety Standards where safety is the overriding priority without sacrificing the business demands of productivity and profitability. His experiences include the design, beta field testing and roll-out of new products as well as customer specific global safety audits and national capital equipment upgrade programs. C.J. has worked with numerous end-users, including large multi-nationals, to develop corporate equipment specifications and facility design standards. He serves on AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) work groups and was a key member in the creation of the AIAG M-6 Optimum Shipping & Receiving Handbook.
