Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, C.J. spent five years with Voit Real Estate Services, in their South Bay office. Prior, C.J. was the Regional Vice President of sales for Steadfast Capital Markets (REIT) in the Midwest, raising over $53M for the real estate fund. As well as, T.C. Collins and Associates, covering the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets serving as a Leasing Coordinator, project manager and superintendent of Construction C.J.’s rich knowledge of all facets of the real estate business, and large scale funding and sales experience, make him the all-encompassing real estate professional.
