I began my banking career with Third National Corporation in Nashville, gaining foundational experience within a multi-billion-dollar bank holding company. That early exposure to large-scale banking operations led me to Kraft CPAs, where I specialized in consulting, accounting, and audit services for financial-institution clients across multiple markets.In 1993, I joined F&M Bank as Chief Financial Officer. Over the next three decades, working alongside an exceptional leadership team, we grew the organization from three locations to twenty-eight bank and mortgage offices and expanded total assets to approximately $1.7 billion. In July 2024, I was honored to be appointed to the Board of Directors and promoted to Chief Executive Officer.Effective January 1, 2026, Mr. Gaylon Lawrence merged his two Middle Tennessee banking institutions, creating a combined organization with approximately $3.3 billion in assets. As part of this strategic transaction, I was provided the opportunity to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the combined bank, where I am focused on operational integration, organizational alignment, and building scalable, efficient systems that support long-term growth while preserving a strong community-banking culture.My Christian upbringing remains a cornerstone of my life and leadership philosophy. I am happily married and the proud grandparent of six wonderful grandchildren. I am active in my church and regularly involved in Christian-based boards and service-oriented activities.
