About Chrissy Murchie

I graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May 2022 and passed the Florida Bar in April 2023. I began working as a legal intern in the personal injury defense space in August 2022, and I have since graduated to an Associate Attorney. Every day I encounter a new situation that drives me to think critically and connect everything I learned in law school to real world practice. My professional interests include business law, banking, real estate, land use, zoning, development, trusts, wills, estates, securities regulation/compliance, and related areas. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in May 2019. Previously, I interned with Verizon in the Finance Leadership Development Program looking at consumer bankruptcy. The summer before Verizon, I researched trends in the homeowners\' insurance rate filings through FSU\'s undergraduate research program. In my free time, you can find me at HotWorx, walking my puppy, rollerblading, baking, at the beach, and most importantly, spending time with my family.
