Maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility HVAC, water, sewer and fire systems for 10+ buildings- Perform annual and monthly maintenance on gas powered turbines, waste heat boilers, natural gas hot water boilers,hot water systems, chilled water systems, cooling towers, air handler systems, refrigeration machines, CRAC units,15kva switchgear systems, battery backup systems, 480v and 4160v systems, UPS and compressed air systems- Utilize building management systems software, Metasys and other integrated software to identify and prioritizeissues for repair and opportunities for energy savings- Work closely with emergency response, offsite fire monitoring companies and contract work force team on firesystem impairments, repairs, installs and emergencies- Perform predictive/ preventative maintenance and daily inspections of 210+ assets/ asset systems for correctoperation and reliabilibilty analysis.
