With a diverse background in both preconstruction and project management, I currently serve as a Project Manager at EMJ Construction. My career has allowed me to develop expertise across multiple roles in the construction industry—beginning with hands-on fieldwork and progressing through both preconstruction and operations.My work spans both early planning and active execution phases, giving me a holistic view of the construction process from concept to completion. On the preconstruction side, I’ve been involved in estimating, subcontractor qualification, buyouts, and managing bid solicitations—building a solid foundation for project success. In operations, I lead scheduling strategies, oversee coordination across teams, manage submittals and material delivery timelines, and ensure clear communication with clients and team members to maintain alignment and accountability. I also support project cash flow management, mentor team members, and contribute to business development by fostering strong relationships with industry partners.I\'ve collaborated on a wide range of projects across the multi-family, retail, and healthcare sectors in multiple states—each offering unique challenges and opportunities for growth.I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions for our clients while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners.
