Provide program management oversight for $20.5M contract with Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Program and Projects Management Division (PPMD) contract. The OCIO PPMD has supported approximately 30 projects in all phases of the Project Lifecycle across the OJP during our period of performance. The contract is required to concurrently support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. The PPMD supports the facilitation of overall communication, collaboration, and reporting for the Agile Delivery Teams, as well those operating under Program/Project/Product Management Methodologies.Key Accomplishments: • Directly accountable for all aspects of contact client relations, financials, human capital, performance, tracking, reporting, and delivery.• Partner with PPMD to standardize processes and templates for ceremonies, meeting minutes, spotlight report, charter, speed reporting, project closeout, status report, etc.• Expanded the contract to provide training resources to enhance training library, develop and update knowledge articles, create and update training aids, provide in-person and online training to include content.• Provide management oversight to Release Train Engineer and up to nine Agile Development Teams (ADT) comprising the Agile Release Train (ART) supporting Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.• Partner with OCIO JustGrants (JG) leadership to respond to deficiencies in the Agile ceremonies and meeting cadence, capturing and reporting metrics, instituting refinement, backlog, and risk escalation best practice. • Collaborate with the DOJ team to facilitate and assist the transition of targeted operations into product management methodology. • Retooled meetings to facilitate the DOJ JustGrants team realignment of the ART meeting cadence yielding greater efficiency through a reduction in time spent in recurring meetings.
