   Product Design & Strategy: Lead Commons\' evolution from carbon-tracking app to comprehensive sustainable spending and rewards platform across mobile and web. Drive product direction leveraging UX research, behavioral data, competitive analysis, and market insights to create intuitive experiences that convert user intent into climate action.Design Systems: Build and maintain Commons\' design system from the ground up—including a complete Figma component library, templates, and documentation that accelerates development cycles and ensures consistency across platforms. Partner closely with engineering to maintain design quality through implementation. Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling: Shape a distinctive brand identity and visual language that inspires climate action and environmental stewardship. Craft compelling visual assets—iconography, illustrations, motion graphics, and data visualizations—that enhance product features and strengthen brand storytelling. Design Operations: Establish standards, tools, and templates to improve team velocity and cross-functional collaboration. Implement workflows for design planning, file management, critique processes, and design-to-dev handoff.
