I consult and train companies to take process improvement to another level!We specialize in teaching, coaching, mentoring companies to first identify the current-state they are in, then co-author a future-state that is best-in-class, state-of-the-art, and aligns with their business goals including; learning to think \"efficient\"(ways, thoughts, methods, culturally sound and ethically correct), then doing the work; mapping the workflow, identifying waste (defects, errors/omissions, over-production, excess processing), and what a Future-state could look like, including; areas of opportunity (quick wins and breakthrough initiatives), and then the numbers (current costs, improvement costs, ROI and Payback-period). Once completed, they will have clear picture of where they are at and what can be done, at what cost, and with what impact.
