Hello, my name is Byron Anthony Green. I am a Multicultural Competence Advocator, Experienced curriculum development practitioner, Research-based assessment executer, Person-centered, detail-oriented leader with extensive experience directing operations including building and leading high-performance teams, developing and managing programs, and training and developing students and staff. Collaborative communicator demonstrating the ability to partner with cross-functional teams, community members, and vendors to align priorities and achieve goals. Analytical professional skilled in leveraging data to adapt programs and strategy, capitalize on best practices, and influence change. Areas of research center on academic advising, multicultural competence, and the faculty experience with Diversity and multicultural cultural competence.
