   I manage a senior-level performance and availability engineering groups responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and running performance products as part of an end-to-end visibility strategy across various domains. I direct performance tests for multiple projects, ensuring results are reported to stakeholders. I have built and maintained the GitLab performance pipeline framework to facilitate the execution of performance tests, along with an observability platform to monitor and track test performance. Moreover, I implemented custom instrumentation in AppDynamics to support BNY\'s custom framework codebase, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and analysis.
