In my role at Sky, I design and deliver leadership and management development that’s practical, relevant and grounded in real work. I partner closely with People Partners, Senior Leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to understand what’s really needed, spot capability gaps, and turn those insights into learning that actually makes a difference.I lead end‑to‑end leadership programmes - from shaping strategy and building content, through to facilitation, coaching and evaluation. A big part of what I love is working directly with Leaders: coaching 1:1, running workshops, and helping people build confidence in their leadership, coaching and people‑management skills.I’m known for taking a very human approach, balancing insight and structure with curiosity and challenge.
