ABOUT BYRON COLEY
I’m a licensed marriage & family therapist and accidental entrepreneur who cares deeply about making therapy accessible and supporting the people who do the work.By day, I serve as the Founding CEO of RCC Access, a Community & Training Clinic where we provide affordable mental health services to the community while training the next generation of therapists. Translation: I split my time between vision casting, fundraising, mentoring future clinicians, and figuring out how to grow this thing without losing my sanity.Alongside that, I run a private group practice (Restoration Counseling Center) and teach as part-time faculty in Marriage & Family Therapy programs (currently at Capella University, formerly Pfeiffer & National). Clinically, I specialize in working with couples, parents, and high-level leaders trying to hold it all together, while figuring out how not to lose themselves in the process.At my core, I love helping people create lives (and careers) that feel full, meaningful, and sustainable, without burning out in the process.
