Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive environmental program that is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety, industrial hygiene program, and written Health & Safety Programs that are in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements- Develop and deliver training and education as required- Lead departmental reviews of environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene problems/concerns and develop policies and/or procedures designed to mitigate/eliminate hazards associated with exposure, injury or loss- Prepare and maintain reports as required; maintain requisite records including documentation of training, inspections, industrial hygiene sampling, periodic environmental reports, and hazardous/non-hazardous wastes- Conduct incident investigations, conduct root-cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and oversee implementation
