Performs day-to-day accounting functions for the investment solar businesses in the Non-Utility arena. Assist in the monthly closing process for the Non-Utility reporting entities including WGL Holdings Inc, WGL Inc, Resources, and WGSW Inc including the tax equity fund subsidiaries by preparing entries as well as performing due diligence and other analysis. Prepare deliverables for Financial Statement Review meetings, monthly and quarterly Due Diligence meetings. Lead in preparing complex elimination and consolidation entries for balance sheet and income statement accounts. Assist in setting up and managing the Non-Utility assets through the PowerPlant asset system to track and depreciate all capitalized assets for WGSW Inc and its subsidiaries well as assist with the ARO process and interest capitalization related to the non-utility assets.
