I\'m currently the Owner and Program Director for Byrd & Byrd Services. This is a State Certified Family violence and Intervention Program (FVIP). This program is certified in the Pataula Circuit in the State of Georgia. I conduct domestic Violence and Anger Management classes to offenders who are court ordered to attend this program. I\'ve been certified to teach these programs for the pass 15yrs. I\'m also a Probation/Parole specialist for the State of Georgia for 13yrs. I provide services for Juveniles who are currently on Probation or on Parole. I have a strong knowledge of laws of arrest, search and seizure and evidence. I\'m familiarity with state and local law enforcement laws and statutes, In-depth knowledge of criminal procedures and case law. Experienced in presenting detailed cases in court. The ability to analyze information and circumstances. I\'m experienced in preparing comprehensive written reports with the ability to comply with radio, intercom and telephone procedures. I\'m also Knowledgeable with 9mm, OC spray, body armor, batons and restraint tactics.I\'m currently looking to change careers. I\'m interested in the Loss Prevention/Safety field in a corporate, supervisor or manager capacity.

   I Provide intake services by being available twenty-four hours each day in theTerrell County area, serves as the liaison with the local law enforcement and local school administration to identify and prevent criminal activities. Supervise and monitor persons on house arrest, work closely with District Attorney to prosecute cases.(90% Conviction rate) Provide evidence and recommendation for prosecution of criminals. Provide commitment services for youth that are committed to the State of Georgia. Prepare timely and accurate reports and maintain records in the Juvenile Tracking System (JTS) files. Supervised a caseload of 40 Youth annually.(On probation and Parole) Created a work program for Juveniles coming off probation.
