Works closely with the company’s leadership team on upholding company values. Manages a team of roving audio producers tasked with producing shows across City Cast\'s network. Makes sure that roving audio producers have the tools and guidance they need to assist shows effectively. Assigns roving producers to cities in need of coverage or additional production support. Occasionally assists teams directly by editing and mixing episodes for shows. Trains new City Casters on workflows and tools. Works closely on the production side of launching new shows. Helps new shows develop a workflow that works for their team while still staying true to City Cast’s vision and values.
