ABOUT BRIAN WYSOLMERSKI
I am a cell and molecular biologist who recently completed my PhD at UCSF, and I have extensive research experience (12+ years) in both industry and academia. Prior to starting my PhD, I spent 3 years at small biotech companies contributing to drug discovery efforts in oncology and other disease areas. My PhD research focused on defining the subcellular organization of heterotrimeric G protein activation by GPCRs, which allows precise spatiotemporal control of downstream signaling and biological responses. I am interested in preclinical drug discovery, enjoy new challenges, and believe that my initiative, as well as my research and analytical skills, make a valuable contribution to a team.
