Key Responsibilities: FastAPI development for the Scout chatbot product and supporting MCP implementation • Prompt Engineering: Design, refine, test, and enhance LLM prompts to optimize performance. • LLM Integration: Handle LLM calls, process outputs into structured data types (e.g, strings, JSON, Pydantic models). • API Development: Build APIs to facilitate LLM calls, external API integrations, and data retrieval services. • System Testing: Test LLM outputs, API endpoints, RAG system outputs, and the system’s end-to-end functionality. Grafana dashboard development using LangFuse and InfluxDB to provide better insights for Scout behavior. • Data Optimization: Work on data annotation, retrieval services, and gaining insights to enhance accuracy and response times. Slack production channel monitoring for alerts and issue root cause analysis and identification Jira ticket testing, debugging and documentation of issues for Dev/QA/Stage/Prod environments Develop and maintain a testing pipeline for the Scout product Backup technical support for the HYPE, Helix and Pulse/Weaver products as well as accompanying hardware Help develop a clear plan focused on real-time monitoring and alerting for the entire ShotTracker suite of products Provide prompt and courteous support to internal and external customers.
