Recognizing the critical role behind-the-scenes work plays, Violet transitioned to a broader strategic role, where she continues to drive impressive results, using her high “give-a-shit” factor. Over the past ten years, Violet is most proud of the work she and her colleagues have achieved together, contributing to nearly half a billion dollars in sales volume since 2021 and record-breaking sales across multiple projects. Violet draws inspiration from every project, finding unique qualities in each, whether it’s the incredible Las Vegas desert mountain setting of Ascaya or the vibrant urban allure of 939 S Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles. Her commitment to meeting the market\'s evolving needs through integrating must-have amenities, functional design, and efficient environments is reflected in each project she represents. A firm believer in aligning pricing, location, and timing for success, Violet emphasizes realistic projections and efficient presale strategies to maximize long-term achievements and quick absorption. She also believes in building trust and assurance, focusing on builder incentives to resonate with renters and buyers in the new development space.Influenced by her immigrant parents\' work ethic and her notable background as a competitive figure skater, musician (piano, flute, and violin), dancer, and gymnast, Violet developed a strong drive and a collaborative approach to leadership. Outside of work, she indulges in her love of food and functional interior design, specifically the perfect bathroom aesthetics.
