ABOUT BRUNA VITTI RONCHINI

I\'m a Marketing graduate with over 7 years of experience in customer service, commercial planning, process optimization, and project management.After graduating, I moved to Australia (Sydney), completed the CAE academic English course, and worked part-time as a waitress. Next, I moved to England (London) and worked in a local supermarket — both experiences were my first point of contact with customers.While living in London, I was granted a scholarship for a winter business program at Fondazione CUOA.When I returned to Brazil, I was selected among candidates to participate in the first trainee program at Bridgestone (a leading tire company). Throughout my journey, I coordinated the sales operations team, building comprehensive sales KPI reports using Power BI, which significantly improved visibility into customer performance. I worked with stakeholders to ensure the best customer experience — from product planning and delivery to marketing campaigns.I led a digital transformation project — the migration to a new ERP (SAP S/4HANA) — where I was responsible for ensuring business needs were met in the new system and for creating a new tool to optimize rebates program accruals and payments.In my last role, I managed the training team and was responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy across all channels.I have recently moved to Italy to learn a new language and connect more deeply with my family’s background and roots.
