By nature, I am an outgoing, curious person and enjoy learning about different company cultures and processes. In the past, I have been successful in influencing individuals to change their approach in business and in life. Proven experience coordinating two big projects (Lean six sigma, ISO standards) with aggressive schedules and managing deliverables from cross-functional teams. Also, Lean Six Sigma and SAP ERP are certified. I have the benefit of being multi-cultural, with the ability to see different points of view. My inquisitive personality lends itself to the Agile methodology. My unique set of educational experiences affords me an understanding of organizations and how they operate. I know how to deal with a wide range of people and develop long-term relationships built on positive interactions. I am good at being courteous, cooperative, and considerate with others.
