Position Purpose: Leading the MDM Mobility Tech team within EMEA region across 21 offices to assist thousands of users in order to fulfill mobility support, and managing day-to-day activities including line management, task management, mentoring, and engagement with other support teams, ensuring incidents/requests are resolved or escalated to the right team in a timely manner. Tasks are: Managing directly incoming SNow tickets of users including walk-in Tech Hub support for Mobile iOS devices, Laptop & Desktop workstation, supporting Windows 11, 10, O365 & Mac OS (Jamf Pro). Managing support using TechTool Bar for Ivanti & Tangoe Go Mobi portals, Build/Stage PCs including SCCM, McAfee, Zscaler, BlockID and Duo. User administration via Azure/AD. Diagnose, and resolve issues with hardware & software such as VDI, PCs & Mobile devices (iOS). Coordinating mobility processes across EMEA region including Wireless procurement ques, ABM, BYOD rollouts/LCM projects, inventory & vendor management. Monitoring KPIs & Metrics, managing workload in accordance with SLAs on a daily basis, and coordinating AIM, Network & Telecom teams together with different teams/groups whenever needed. Managing new hire, movers and leavers device processes. Provide internal training, and maintain efficient ITIL processes for incident, resolution and service improvement. Coordinating post-validation of releases, and providing technical integration & configuration support to users.
